Listing your HDB on PropertyGuru, 99.co and SRX
Sellers ask whether the flat will show up where buyers search. This page covers PropertyGuru, 99.co and SRX, who writes the listing, and how that differs from a DIY listing.

The three portals buyers actually use
Under the Fairnest HDB seller package, portal ads go onto PropertyGuru, 99.co, and SRX. Those names match what Fairnest publishes on the pricing page and on how it works. We do not promise a Must See placement beyond what each portal publicly offers.
HDB's own Resale Flat Listing on the Flat Portal is a separate channel after Intent to Sell. You can appoint a salesperson to help manage that listing. You stay responsible for its accuracy. The Resale Flat Listing does not replace the three consumer portals above.
What Fairnest delivers
- A photo set suited to mobile browsing.
- A listing headline and copy in plain English. CEA expects property ads to be truthful.
- Placement on PropertyGuru, 99.co, and SRX.
- A refresh when the creative underperforms or the facts change.
- A templates mindset. See the service samples for the kind of listing work the package includes.
You tidy the home and confirm the facts. The listing describes the flat as it is: no embellished finishes, views or scarcity language.
DIY reach and an agent-managed listing
You can market a flat without an agent. DIY paths and the Resale Flat Listing are real. Agent-managed ads on the three major consumer portals are still a different distribution stack in practice.
You host the viewings. We own the portal creative, enquiry screening, negotiation, the prescribed Option to Purchase, and the HDB paperwork. The fee is S$2,178.91 incl. GST, payable on completion. The path comparison sits on the DIY, fixed-fee, or percentage guide.
What happens to enquiries after the listing is live
- The enquiry arrives through a portal or another inbound route we manage.
- Fairnest screens it for seriousness and basic fit.
- We help set viewing windows you can host.
- You show the flat.
- Price talk comes to us. The negotiation guide covers what you say at the door.
Common questions
Yes, under the published Fairnest HDB seller package.
Fairnest writes the listing and takes the photos. You prepare the home and confirm the facts.
DIY and Resale Flat Listing paths exist. Agent-managed ads on the major consumer portals are a different stack. Compare them honestly.
We screen them and help you set viewing times. You host the viewing. We take over when an offer is serious.
