HDB resale prices · all towns
HDB towns ranked by resale volume and price
24,657 HDB flats were resold across 26 towns from Oct 2025 to Sep 2026. This page ranks the towns by how many flats changed hands, by median price, and by how prices moved in each town's most-traded flat type.
Tampines, Woodlands, Sengkang were the busiest towns, together accounting for about 23% of all resales. Bukit Timah had the highest all-type median at S$1,010,000; Ang Mo Kio the lowest at S$512,400. The all-type median mixes flat types, so a town with many 5-room flats ranks higher than one with many 3-room flats even when like-for-like prices are similar. The main-flat-type columns are the fairer comparison.

Sales registered in the period, the town's share of all HDB resales, its all-type median, and the median and price change for its most-traded flat type. Change compares the first and last quarters and is shown only when both quarters had at least ten sales of that type.

How this page is built
Observation period: Oct 2025 to Sep 2026. Counts are registered resale transactions; medians are the middle sale in each group. “Main flat type” is the type with the most sales in that town. Towns are not adjusted for flat mix, lease or location, so rankings describe what sold, not what any one flat is worth. Contains information from HDB resale flat prices (registration date), data.gov.sg, accessed on 2026-10-17, made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence.
