How Fairnest uses AI, and what we never automate

What tools may help, and what never replaces judgment

Automation helps with the routine parts of a sale. That includes preparing listing drafts, checking recent transactions around your block, tracking HDB deadlines, and keeping updates moving. That frees time for work that needs a person: honest pricing, negotiation, and paperwork sitting with you.

Photos and accurate representation

CEA's advertising guidelines require property ads to be accurate and not misleading. We do not publish fake finishes, false views or invented scarcity. If a listing photo has been edited beyond ordinary colour and exposure correction, we say so in the listing, and you can ask us how any photo of your flat was produced.

We do not claim AI-altered hero photos as a product feature. If a listing photo is standard photography, we say so plainly.

Pricing and negotiation stay with a person

Tools can surface nearby transactions. The ask, the counter, and the accept or reject call are human. AI does not set your sale price.

WhatsApp is answered by a licensed salesperson

When you message Fairnest, a licensed salesperson replies: Michelle Lee Ling Ching, CEA R009798I, ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, licence L3002382K. Tools do not replace that reply. There is no chatbot closing the deal.
